We work at the intersection of research, industry, government, and society — turning ideas into impact, and partnerships into lasting change.
Explore our workWhat we do
Knowledge doesn't travel on its own.
Research creates knowledge. But knowledge only becomes impact when it finds its way across boundaries — between the lab and the market, the university and the policy room, the prototype and the person it was built for. We work in that space.
Meaningful partnerships across research, industry, and government don't happen by accident. They require trust, structure, and sustained attention — especially when interests diverge and timelines stretch across years. We build those conditions and keep them alive.
The researchers and Principal Investigators we work with didn't choose their careers to manage stakeholders or navigate institutional complexity. We protect their focus — carrying the connective tissue of a project so they can stay where they're needed most.
About
"Impact doesn't happen automatically."
Nagarjun Reddy holds a PhD from TU Delft, with research spanning the intersection of transport, mobility, and urban systems. He has spent his career in the space between academic rigour and real-world application — working inside large, multi-partner consortia across academic, government, and industry settings. His practice is built on a simple conviction: that impact doesn't happen automatically, and that knowledge needs the right conditions, the right relationships, and someone dedicated to making it move.
